1. Introduction
Haruspex (“Haruspex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same.
This Copyright Policy explains:
- how copyright complaints may be submitted;
- how Haruspex responds to allegations of copyright infringement;
- how users may submit counter-notifications when appropriate; and
- the consequences of repeated copyright violations.
This policy applies to all services, websites, APIs, applications, and products operated by Haruspex.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless otherwise stated:
- Haruspex owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, models, user interface, branding, documentation, graphics, databases, and proprietary technology.
- Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights to upload, submit, or process content through Haruspex.
Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of intellectual property between users and Haruspex.
3. Respect for Copyright
Users may not upload, distribute, publish, transmit, reproduce, or otherwise use copyrighted material without proper authorization unless such use is permitted under applicable law.
Examples include:
- copyrighted articles;
- books;
- research papers;
- images;
- software;
- source code;
- videos;
- music;
- datasets;
- proprietary financial reports;
- licensed market research.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any content complies with applicable copyright laws.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe material available through Haruspex infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint.
Your notice should include:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material;
- sufficient information to locate the material;
- your name and contact information;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information provided is accurate; and
- a statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, where applicable.
Incomplete notices may delay processing.

6. Review Process
Upon receiving a sufficiently complete complaint, Haruspex may:
- investigate the claim;
- request additional information;
- temporarily disable access to content;
- permanently remove content;
- suspend related accounts;
- reject notices that appear incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or legally insufficient.
Haruspex reserves the right to determine the appropriate response in each case.
7. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification.
A counter-notification should include:
- identification of the removed material;
- identification of its previous location;
- your contact information;
- an explanation of why removal was mistaken; and
- any information reasonably necessary to evaluate your claim.
Haruspex may forward the counter-notification to the original complainant where appropriate.
Haruspex is not obligated to restore any content.
8. Repeat Infringer Policy
Haruspex reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
When determining whether someone is a repeat infringer, Haruspex may consider:
- the number of complaints;
- the credibility of complaints;
- repeated violations involving similar material;
- attempts to evade enforcement;
- other relevant circumstances.
Termination may occur without prior warning.
9. False or Misleading Notices
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive copyright complaints or counter-notifications may result in:
- rejection of the notice;
- account suspension;
- account termination;
- legal action where permitted by law.
Haruspex may refuse to process notices that appear to be submitted in bad faith.
10. AI-Generated Content
Haruspex provides AI-generated analyses, summaries, predictions, explanations, and other generated outputs.
Because AI-generated content may be influenced by publicly available information or user prompts:
- Haruspex does not guarantee that generated content is unique;
- similar outputs may be generated for multiple users;
- users remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or commercial use;
- users should ensure that their intended use does not infringe third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may reference, summarize, or link to third-party websites, publications, financial data providers, or other resources.
Ownership of third-party content remains with the respective rights holders.
Nothing in this Policy grants users any license to reproduce third-party materials.
12. Preservation of Evidence
Haruspex may retain logs, account information, uploaded materials, communications, and related records as reasonably necessary to investigate copyright complaints, comply with legal obligations, protect the Platform, or resolve disputes.
13. Policy Updates
Haruspex may update this Copyright Policy at any time.
The latest version will be published on the Platform together with its effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
